Muhammad & The Bible:-
Muhammad imparted to the Quran a lot of stories, parables and quotations from the Bible whose most striking feature is the fact that the preponderance of its Biblical characters and events are derived mostly from sacred Hebrew literature such as the Midrash, Haggada and Talmud.
The enormous number of religious, historical, legislative and folk-lorish items in the Quran - although invariably incompatible and very different from their original counterpar in the Bible - attest to a long number of years of discourse between Muhammad and whatever Jewish (and/or Christian) teachers he had encountered and learned from both in Mecca and Madina.
There is absolutely no doubt about Muhammad's reverence for the traditions and learning of the People of the Book.
He made sure that almost every Biblical story quoted in his Quran was designed to make him look similar, if not identical or superior to the Hebrew leaders of the Bible. This he was able to brilliantly achieve by recasting the stories he plagiarised from the People of the Book and making them fit his era and needs thus justifying all his evil and devilish actions, deeds and saying.
His claim to be the supreme world prophet was utterly denied by the People of the Book - who knew him better - leading to his unswerving and bitter enmity resulting in their utter destruction and eradication from most of the Arabian Peninsula.
It must be pointed out that Muhammad's grasp of the details and inherent meanings of the events and characters that he plagiarised, actually eluded his intellect on numerous and very important occasions:
1 He did not understand that the value and the meaning of the Sabbath as a day of REST [cessation of all manner of work] was not for the Almighty but for humanity; that this day of rest was not because Allah was TIRED - as the Quranic verse implies - but because he had ceased the process of creation.
2 The father of Abraham is called AZAR instead of TERAH because Muhammad confused his name with the servant of Abraham, Eliezer (Gen 15:2).
6: 74 Lo! Abraham said to his father Azar: "Takest thou idols for gods? for I see thee and thy people in manifest error."
3 Another serious and blatant error and misunderstanding is his confusion between Mary the mother of Jesus and Miriam the sister of Moses and Aaron, a span of almost 1400 years.
19: 27 At length she brought the (babe) to her people carrying him (in her arms). They said:
"O Mary! truly an amazing thing hast thou brought! 28 "O sister of Aaron! thy father was not a man of evil nor thy mother a woman unchaste!"
66: 12 And Mary the daughter of `Imran who guarded her chastity; and We breathed into her (body) of Our spirit; and she testified to the truth of the words of her Lord and of His Revelations and was one of the devout (Servants).

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Among the women of the universe, Mary, daughter of Imran, Khadijah, daughter of Khuwaylid, Fatimah, daughter of Muhammad, and Asiyah, the wife of Pharaoh are enough for you."
Tirmidhi transmitted it.
4 Muhammad compounded a further confusion regarding Haman who was a Vizier at the court of the Persian Xerxes of c400 BCE and not at the time of Pharaoh of the Exodus one thousand years earlier.
28: 8 Then the people of Pharaoh picked him up (from the river): (it was intended) that (Moses) should be to them an adversary and a cause of sorrow: for Pharaoh and Haman and (all) their hosts were men of sin.
5 The most contentious and incredibly stupid one is his allegation in 30:30 that the most stridently MONOTHEISTIC Jews believe that the Uzair - Ezra the Scribe - is the son of Allah.
9: 30 The Jews call Uzair a son of Allah and the Christians call Christ the son of Allah. That is a saying from their mouths; (in this) they but imitate what the unbelievers of old used to say. Allah's curse be on them: how they are deluded away from the truth!
The same Jews who suffered millions of deaths for their belief in the One and Only God of Abraham and from whom he, Muhammad, was basing his new scripture are mendaciously, stupidly and maliciously accused of Shirk, that is associating others with the Almighty.
Most important of all, there is no follower of Muhammad who can point any such reference or belief in the tradition of the Jews.
As usual, Muhammad put this mendacity for the sole purpose of making himself and his followers seem more monotheistic than the Jews.
6 Numerous other incredibly serious errors both in Time and Space as well as in Names abound among the scattered and disjointed stories of the Quran.
7 Muhammad's agenda was to transform his ungodly behaviour, deeds and thoughts into a 'saintly religion' called Islam.
Bereft of the Biblical stories and events that were plagiarised and plundered from the Bible & Scriptures, there is literally nothing original that the Quran offers.
All of Muhammad's heroes are of the Hebrews, the Israelites and finally the Jews.
The Quran mentions the names of twenty five such heroe prophets: nineteen are from the Hebrew Bible, three from the New Testament (Zachariah, John the Baptist and Jesus) while three are from the Arabian 'past' (Hud, the prophet of the Ad; Salih, the prophet of Thamud and Shu'aib, the prophet of Midian).
In Sura 6:83-86, there is a list of eighteen Biblical names.
What Muhammad in his Quran have totally neglected to mention are the names of Isaiah, Jeremiah and Ezekiel and all the Minor Prophets with the exception of Jonah. Even Daniel is missing.
There is absolutely no doubt, based upon the records of the Quran and Hadiths, that Muhammad did engage in a dialogue or teaching lessons with Jews, Christians and Hanifs, over a long period of years, while 'meditating' in the Hira cave, allegedly always alone.
The records also show, that Muhammad did not fully comprehend or properly remember many of the concepts, the stories, the historical sequence of events that he had heard, especially since being semi literate, he did not put them down to writing as and when he was being tutored.
